Synopsis for "Predator or Prey"
On Earth-31, Sergei Kravenoff completes a ritual before hunting in Zimbabwe for a legendary lion, only to find it already dead. Pounced upon, Kraven is bitten by a massive spider larger than the lion, but Kraven is the hunter and slays his quarry. Three months later, J. Jonah Jameson uses his own fortune to hire the "Hunter-Spider" to take down the beast men supervillains of New York City, with the first defeated being the Rhino. Mounting the other animal themed villains on his wall, Kraven muses on how might the people feel seeing his prizes. However, he soon finds himself beset by a swarm of wasps, smelling they carry a deadly toxin that can transmute his being and poison his psyche... were he an ordinary man. With his potions augmenting his senses and immune system, along with the spider venom, Kraven consumes the wasps and transmutes them into added power for himself. At the Spider Sanctuary, Madame Web talks with Araña and Spider-UK before Hunter-Spider finds them, willing to join as a warrior against Shathra, seeking a formidable prey. As Madame Web emphasizes that she is formable and deadly, Kraven is eager to join to put down that beast.

Synopsis for "Counterfeit Catwalk"
On Earth-71490, a fashionably late Cooper Coen arrives late to a few reschedule dates and tells them what he can about himself; however, he omits his being Web-Weaver. Recalling his origins to himself, Cooper saved classmate Peter Parker from a radioactive spider bite, which endowed Cooper with spider powers soon after. Kicked out by his parents when he came out, Cooper was taken in by his aunts Laurie and Mel, who encouraged him to achieve his dream to become a fashion designer under Janet Van Dyne, where Peter also came to work as a photographer and the two became roommates. Arriving at work after another cut-short date, Kenny shows Cooper a social media post of Silver Sablinova with Northstar founder, Jean-Paul Beaubier, and his turncoat ex-boyfriend, Albert Moon. When Janet arrives, she's informed that Sablinova has agreed to be their model, but Janet's behavior is immediately suspect when she doesn't throw a tantrum. In her office, Janet is actually a bound and gagged hostage to an unknown impersonator.
At night, Web-Weaver patrols the city and comes upon a convenience store robbery only to find the other spider vigilante Silk resolved the matter before his arrival. After some flirtation, Web-Weaver and Silk take their leave, with Web-Weaver crestfallen at making responsible choices. After his colleagues chastise Cooper's tardiness, his Web-Sense flips and he fibs an excuse to leave, much to the annoyance of Fitz. When "Janet" arrives, she speaks with Millie Collins in private, only to knock her out and assume her appearance. Outside, an uneasy Web-Weaver observes the runway and tries not to focus on Albert in the seats, then catches Millie acting as though she'd never strut before and attacks seeing a clawed hand morph out. As the crowd evacuates, "Millie" reveals herself to be Chameleon hired to kill Sablinova, but Web-Weaver uses his web shooters to capture Chameleon, and is distracted hearing Peter call out for help. Thankfully, Albert saves Peter and Chameleon is stuck in a web trap, but Spider-UK comes through a portal seeking Web-Weaver for help saving the multiverse-- and maybe give new threads for Araña. Initially refusing, Albert convinces him to go as he has a friend who'll handle clean up, and the two part with a kiss.

Synopsis for "Syllie Spider by P.T. Parker"
Syllie Spider. A 1919 cartoon character, created by P.T. Parker, who broke the fourth wall in his newspaper comic to enter the "real" world of Parker's reality. Seeing J. Jonah Jameson mistreat Parker, Syllie threw a brick at him and befriended a fly he was going to eat to see the world. Soon after, Madame Web and Spider-UK found him to ask for help, and he was taken aback by their being in color.
