History

An assassin in the employ of terrorist organization Hydra, Bull's Eye was ordered to murder Nicholas Fury, director of Hydra's enemy S.H.I.E.L.D.. Using a sniper rifle, Bull's Eye shot down Fury while he was at a rock festival with his date. Immediately after that, S.H.I.E.L.D. agents found Bull's Eye and shot him down dead.[1] Only later S.H.I.E.L.D. revealed that Fury had not been killed - Bull's Eye only shot down a Life Model Decoy robot that Fury had sent as his doppleganger. Fury chose to keep his survival a secret except to his second-in-command Timothy Dugan, to get a chance against other enemies.[2]

Paraphernalia

Weapons

He used a specialized rifle that bypassed the need to aim; he had only to get close enough to a person to record their heartbeat, after which, the rifle could not miss as long as he had a clear shot.

Notes

  • Although he has the name Bull's Eye, he is no relation to the more well-known Daredevil foe, Bullseye.
