The "Elder Gods" is a term designating multiple groups.

First are the Elder Gods of Earth, first living beings on the planet, spawns of the Demiurge, and whose most well known members include Set, Chthon, Oshtur, Gaea, and Gaea's spawn Atum, the Demogorge.
