History

Elizabeth Tabby was present along with her husband Richard Bird-Dog at the gala premiere of "The Gangland Follies" at the European Theatre when Bullfrog tried to rob her of the big diamond ring Walnut Diamond but Bullfrog failed to remove the ring from her fat fingers and in the meantime intervened Spider-Ham who foiled the robbery and captured Bullfrog and finally Elizabeth Tabby rewarded Spider-Ham with a medal hero.

Richard Bird-Dog and Elizabeth Tubby are an apparent parody of real-life celebrity couple Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor, who had been married twice (1964 to 1974, then 1975 to 1976) in a turbulent relationship that was frequently in the news.
