History
This Emma Frost's life mirrors that of her mainstream counterpart up until the point Professor X's last will and testament revealed the existence of the omega-level mutant Matthew Malloy.
Frost was present along with her teammates at the Jean Grey School when She-Hulk read the will and revealed two major secrets, that Xavier was married to Mystique which she found funny and learning of the existence of Matthew Malloy. She stayed at the school while Cyclops and Wolverine assembled a small team to intercept Matthew.[1]
Emma witnessed the death of Cyclops and Magik through a telepathic shockwave created by the new mutant after they got caught in the crossfire between S.H.I.E.L.D. and Malloy.[2] But Matthew was able to resurrect himself and when he teleported himself to the the Jean Grey School, Emma enraged at Scott's death rushed at Matthew in her diamond form when all of a sudden Matthew blasted her which obliterated Emma's diamond shape into pieces killing her.[3]
