When Mister Sinister attempted to kill her with a hidden weapon, Destiny foresaw his scheme and warned the Council while her wife Mystique restrained him. Emma expressed her lack of surprise, but then Hope Summers used the gift of Exodus to telepathically look inside Sinister's brain and encountered the hidden failsafes which exploded his head.[1]
