History

Roberto Da Costa's father had sent him to the Milbury Hospital, after his son's mutant abilities had manifested and accidentally burnt his girlfriend Juliana.[1]

Trivia

  • Antonio Banderas was originally planned to portray Emmanuel Da Costa, in a post-credits for the film The New Mutants.[2] The scene was originally meant to set up a planned sequel, but said plans were scrapped, along with Banderas' role, due to Disney's acquisition of the X-Men film rights.[3]
