History
The Emotion Charger was a device created by Doctor Doom which could heighten people's emotional state. He used it on a variety of super-villians causing them to attack the Fantastic Four during Reed and Sue's wedding. The villains were opposed by all the heroes in attendance and were ultimately defeated when Reed sent them back in time prior to their attack, having forgotten the events.[1]
