History
Eric Sinkovitz was a scientist in the 1950s who created a means of giving himself superhuman powers by drastically reducing his body temperature with the aid of a protective suit. He was tricked by a Skrull impersonating Richard Nixon (who aided him in his research) into attacking the 3-D Man, who he was told was a Communist spy. He was easily defeated by the 3-D Man and left floating in the sea, vowing revenge.[1]
