Grim Reaper was the leader of the Lethal Legion. The team broke into the Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S. facility in order to steal technology they could use to build a machine to hold the world hostage. However they were confronted by Spider-Man and Hawkeye and after his teammates were defeated, the Grim Reaper surrendered.[1]
