History
Gahck of the Savage Land Tribe of Fire was seen holding him as a baby after the departure of the adventurer Wolverine, who was hinted at being his father.[2]
Notes
- The idea that Wolverine had a son named Erista originated from the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe (Vol. 4) #1. The author, Eric J. Moreels, indicated it was his intent to make Erista the same child glimpsed in Wolverine: The Jungle Adventure #1, confirming for the first time the sex of the child and that it was Logan's. Although he insisted the child's name and sex were preexisting information,[3] it was subsequently confirmed by Marvel Comics that Erista, son of Wolverine, was first named in that handbook as new information given editorial approval.[4]
