History

Esteban Morales was a DEA agent who became a vigilante after his family was killed.

Esteban run afoul with The Punisher when he went after a man who was under his protection during his affliation with the Geraci Family.

Punisher tried to reason with him, but Esteban insisted on having his way and was eventually killed by one of Don Geraci's enforcers.
