History
The Ethereals were an ancient race of constantly mutating creatures who formed a non corporeal civilization. It was a civilization that created works of art out of quarks and built giant monuments from radio waves. They were a people and culture which constantly mutated, with each particle constantly evolving into challenging new forms, instant by instant.
While they feared death, the Ethereals truly only believed in the four fundamental forces. The electromagnetic force that shaped atoms into matter, the gravity which pulled the Ethereals together, the strong force that binded the quarks and leptons into matter, and the weak force that made the Ethereals burn.
Ethereals could form protective groupings, which they called a strangepac (that appeared as number of spheres surrounding a larger sphere). The Ethereal civilization which was at the heart of a sun was destroyed by the Annihilation Wave.[1]Powers and Abilities
