History
Dr. Evald Skorpion was a frequent enemy of Adam Brashear. The day Galactus first came to Earth, Adam and his son Kevin tracked down Skorpion's activities to a subterranean base in Egypt, from where Skorpion planned to use a portal to the Neutral Zone to tear reality apart due to dimensional feedback. When Kevin punched Skorpion, the villain fell into the console which controlled the portal, shorting the system. The portal expanded, transported Kevin to the Neutral Zone, and caused Skorpion to disintegrate.[1]

Human form
His soul was captured in a crystal by the Maker many years later. He gave him a body genetically engineered from a gorilla and a scorpion, and became the forefront in W.H.I.S.P.E.R.'s "Life-Minus" experiment.[2] Using a high-dimensional frequency ray implanted in his tail, Skorpion, now known as the Neohedron, was able to turn people's head into crystals for the souls of the dead to control their body. He was released in Paris to begin the expansion of Life-Minus.[3]
When A.I.M.'s New Avengers attended the situation, they were able to revert the effects of Life-Minus in the innocent people and shatter Neohedron's crystal, seemingly sending Skorpion's soul back to the dead.[2]See Also
