Dr. Evan Swann was a scientist who conducted with Anne-Marie Baker and Peter Parker some ley line experiments; he requested to Mr. Stark an integrated reciprocator, which was delivered to the ESU by Iron Man.

Sometime later, Dr. Swann noticed Parker having difficulty and suggested he go home and consider his priorities, excusing him from class.
