History
The Eye of the Watcher was a stone created by a race called the Watchers. It's gives off high tachyon particle readings and a chronal energy that could rupture the timestream itself. It was located in a chamber on the Blue Area of the Moon side by Captain America who was tasked to get it but was interrupted by the arrival of the Guardians of the Galaxy.[1]
