History
Ezra Asher was once married to police detective Tony Vargas when she was turned into a vampire and vanished. Tony assumed that she had died and moved on. Years later, Ezra joined forces with Saint Cyrus Leviticus, a man who had fused to an alien creature and had become a murderer to feed the creature his victims' life energy. Leviticus and Ezra planned to kill countless people during Brazil's Carnival celebration so Leviticus could feed the victims' life energy to the creature and Ezra could feed on the victims' blood.
When Tony Vargas investigated a number of killings done by Ezra, Ezra and Leviticus killed him to stop his interference. This enraged Vargas' old friend Wolverine and swore revenge. He let himself be captured so he could get close to the pair. Ezra fed on Wolverine several times as she liked the taste of his blood. Wolverine eventually escaped his bonds and briefly fought Ezra. When Wolverine unsheathed his claws, Ezra decided to flee. Wolverine later killed Leviticus but was unable to find Ezra. As Wolverine left, Ezra watched him from on top of a tree.[1]Attributes
