History

Doc Savage was accompanied on his adventures by his five friends dubbed the "The Fabulous Five", all highly accomplished individuals in their own right. This included industrial chemist Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Blodgett "Monk" Mayfair, accomplished attorney Brigadier General Theodore Marley "Ham" Brooks, construction engineer Colonel John "Renny" Renwick, electrical engineer Major Thomas J. "Long Tom" Roberts, and finally William Harper "Johnny" Littlejohn, an archaeologist and geologist.
