History

After the Silver Surfer was stripped of the Power Cosmic by Galactus, the Fantastic Four used the Pogo-Plane to travel with him to the Watcher's home on the Moon to help him search for a device that could return him to Zenn-La. Reed eventually found such a device and hooked Radd into it, sending the former Surfer back to Zenn-La at a rate that would only take hours.
