Synopsis for "Everyone Is a Target: Part 5"
A homeless woman with a rat perched on her shoulder stands on the corner of Yancy Street, holding a cardboard sign reading "CARNAGE RULES!" and begging for change. As she begins to mutter that change is coming, a man in a business suit runs into her and knocks the sign out of her hand - having been talking on his smartphone and not paying attention to where he's going. The businessman initially snaps at her to watch where she's going before apologizing for his rudeness and holding out some money, but the woman ominously states that change is already there. Her eyes turning black, the homeless woman grabs the businessman's face as her fingers turn into claws, snarling that "change" is coming for Ben Grimm. As the woman releases him and resumes begging for change, the businessman flees in terror.

LICENSE TO QUANTUM DRIVE!
• Franklin and Valeria are growing up fast...but not fast enough to legally operate Fantasti-Cars in NYC!
• But wouldn’t you know it, the day of their big driving test is at the exact moment the entire Microverse might implode and take our reality with it!
• Get ready for a cosmic adventure with Marvel’s first family...and two members of New York’s Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Going to parallel worlds? Easy. Parallel parking? Kinda hard!Notes
- Although it is shown as intersecting with Yancy Street in Everyone Is a Target, 4th Street is not actually located on the Lower East Side and instead runs parallel to Yancy Street, seven blocks north in the East Village.
