While on the case of some bank robbers, Upton North sought out his brother of Fargo North for his help. Fargo initially refused, believing his brother his superior, but was convinced by Spider-Man and the ELectric Company to join his and caught up with Upton. Spider-Man secretly followed them and the trio discovered the robbers but Upton and Fargo fell into a pit while the robbers escaped. Spidey pulled the brothers out of the pit. Fargo devised a plan to catch the robbers using a Newspaper headline to convince the crooks Fargo had won some money. The three robbers arrived to steal the money were caught in a trap of Spider-Man's webbing. Upton then declared that Fargo was just a good as he was and that he'd given him friends, which he had never had enough of himself.[1]
