Rosa, also known as Fawn, was a mutant hunted and then captured by the Hag in Oregon, and then brought to the Graymalkin Prison, where she was imprisoned.[2]

When frightened, Rosa was shown growing antlers and deer ears. It's unknown whether the hooves and deer legs are also part of the transformation or if she has them permanently. And it's also unclear if this is triggered by fear or not.[1]
