Synopsis for "Youth in Revolt (Finale)"
Thor Girl becomes increasingly fed up at the fear she senses in the other heroes toward her, and fends off numerous attempts to subdue her. She then leaves the other heroes to resume her identity as the Designate. With her parting words, she commends the acts of selflessness and bravery that she's witnessed among the heroes, but also descries the numerous acts of fear and self-interest and believes that on the whole, humanity is unworthy of ascending to a higher level of existence. After she departs into space, Prodigy tells the others that it is their duty to prove her assessment wrong and that they must help those in need.
A few days later, Ultragirl, Cloud 9, Komodo, and Hardball help a construction crew clean up wreckage. In the process, they discover a traumatized but alive Butterball. Still later, Gravity and Firestar defeat Big Wheel who is taken into custody by the local police force. Meanwhile, Steve Rogers has once again assumed the mantle of Captain America, and he congratulates Prodigy om his service. He brings up some of Prodigy's more questionable actions, but seemingly dismisses them and mentions that the government intends to give Prodigy a promotion. When Prodigy arrives at his new job, it proves to be a thankless archivist job.
