History
Felicia Hardy's history is similar to her Earth-92131 counterpart's. Her mother, Anastasia, is wealthy and runs the Hardy Foundation, which offers grants to scientists. Otto Octavius, who had a cold fusion project, was one of these participants.[1] However, Anastasia was impatient with Octavius' results, leading to Octavius rushing the project and causing the accident that turned him into Dr. Octopus. Felicia was caught in the middle of this conflict as Dr. Octopus kidnapped her with the intent of ransoming her for money. She was eventually saved by Spider-Man.
Although Felicia was disinterested in Peter Parker at first[2], she gradually warmed up to him. However, with the arrival of Mary Jane Watson, Peter and Felicia never had a relationship.
When the universe was destroyed, Felicia died along the other people in Earth.[3]Notes
- Since Spider-Man Adventures only adapted the first 13 episodes of Spider-Man (1994 animated series), it is not a confirmation that Earth-TRN566 Felicia's unseen father has any similarities to John Hardesky or not.
- Although Felicia appeared in Spider-Man Adventures #15, a story not set in Earth-92131 continuity, she was notably absent during Adventures of Spider-Man, where Mary Jane was Peter's steady girlfriend.
- It could be assumed Felicia never became Black Cat on Earth-TRN566 before the universe's destruction and reboot.[3]
