History
Felix Jade was a drug lord who controlled Mexico City when Araña was a child. Her father a reporter was writing about his activities, after which her home burned down with her mother within. She blamed Felix Jade for the death of her mother and wanted revenge.[1] When Felix Jade arrived in New York City to attend a summit of super powered crimelords per the invitation of the Sisterhood of the Wasp, Araña with the Webcorps assaulted the mansion where the meeting was going to occur.[2] Araña chased Felix Jade, trying to kill him, and his car went over a cliff and plunged into a river. He survived and escaped, but was not seen afterwards.[3]
