Ali Wazoo was a thief who worked for Abu Ho Dadi. He was fleeing from the authorities when he ran into Howard the Duck and his partner Paul, who convinced him that they were unwelcome as he. Wazoo would then lead them to meet Abu Ho Dadi for assistance.[1]
