History

He is an agent of A.I.M. who broke into an Oracle Inc. conclave and attempted to steal a supply of Cogmium Steel for the terrorist organization. His mission, however, was intervened by the superhero Iron Fist. After a brief but brutal fight with Iron Fist, the Highwayman was eventually defeated by the superhero before he was ultimately handed over to Oracle Security, who arrested him afterwards for his crimes.
