Synopsis for 1st story

Eight hours until sunup: Felicia arrives at the hospital in gorgeous street clothes, planning to continue helping Peter Parker. While the normal thing to do is send flowers or cards, Peter being a superhero means keeping his identity secret and ensuring nobody finds and/or kills him. Since she's working on getting him back up to speed to reclaim his superhero name, she needs to be vigilant. Entering expecting to find Mary Jane, she finds her along with depowered villain Parker Robbins, former crime lord dubbed The Hood.

Stating his motives, he declares that he needs Felicia to get something he wants, and when he learned she was visiting Peter, a washed-up photographer, he deduced from the frequency of her visits that he was a good friend. So, Robbins gives Felicia until sunrise to retrieve his magic hood or else he'll kill Peter and Mary Jane. With the conditions set, Felicia agrees on the stipulation that Mary Jane come with her for the job, claiming she's in her crew. Robbins agrees to Felicia's condition, and acts "gracious" for Mary Jane by taking her request to holster his gun, but will keep to his threat as he has nothing left to lose.

In the stairway, Felicia explains her call saved Mary Jane so Peter wouldn't have had to worry when he wakes up; knowing Mary Jane won't say that it's Felicia's fault. Asking about the gun, Mary Jane explains convincing Robbins to holster his gun was to keep Peter's Spider-Sense from triggering in his still recovering state. While Felicia really wants to have Mary Jane hide out elsewhere, Mary Jane wants in despite Felicia's refusal and stating her experience as a professional thief. But with time of the essence and Mary Jane reminding her of Robbins with a gun on Peter, Felicia reluctantly agrees and brings her along.

Seven hours until sunup: Given Hood's recent bout and defeat with Hawkeye,[1] Felicia heads to Count Luchino Nefaria and risks interrupting him on movie night to ask about Robbins' magic hood. But as Clint Barton paid $3 Million for aid, and since Felicia needs details immediately, the Count dismisses her until Mary Jane arrives, herself knowing the Count's favorite actor: Sonny Diperna.[2] As the Count calls his men to provide a seat for her to chat, Bruno Grainger pulls the list of names tied to Robbins losing his powers. After her chat with Nefaria, Mary Jane relays the events of how Hawkeye defeated Hood, and the ladies proceed to run down the list of characters until they find that bag-demon used to eat the magic hood.

Two hours until sunup: At the last name on the list, Felicia knows Tombstone will have had heard of their search and know he'd be concurrently readying himself for a visit. With diplomatic options being untenable, they must resort to robbing him. As the brain relies on shorthand cognition in most cases, especially in high stress situations, Mary Jane poses as Felicia to meet Tombstone and acts that she succeeded in swiping the target item. Tombstone gullibly gives chase, while Felicia returns to the vault to resume the heist, succeeding as Mary Jane makes her get away.

Ninety minutes to sunup: Now in possession of the bag, Felicia asks the newly freed bag-demon what it wants in exchange for Robbins' Hood. The creature gleefully grins, having thought they'd never ask.

Fifteen minutes to sunup: As Robbins readies to kill Peter, he is surprised to see them with his hood, demanding it back. Asking how they did it, Felicia simply answers it was all a matter of wanting; how you can get anything if you know what someone wants and can get it for them. Robbins wanted his hood, Nefaria wanted Hollywood gossip, Tombstone wanted Felicia dead so much he was easily mislead, and the bag-demon wanted something too.

Wearing the hood, Robbins notes something amiss just as the bag-demon reveals itself, having developed a taste for Robbins from eating off the hood. So, Felicia agreed to trade Robbins to the bag-demon in exchange for it getting him out of Felicia's hair. While Mary Jane was quite disturbed by the scene, Felicia was ecstatic that the villain was now removed. As Mary Jane wonders why Peter was still asleep, Felicia brings up how she and Steve were extensively training him over the last week.[3] As Peter comes to for a brief second, he misinterprets seeing Mary Jane and Felicia both in catsuits as one of his old dreams; much to the fatigue of both ladies.

On the roof, Felicia praises Mary Jane's aid before making a size-fitting joke about wearing the catsuit. As Mary Jane recalls the night and admits her enjoyment, she notes Felicia's tension and asks her about it. Felicia voices how she hates that she's "the bad girl" in the story of Peter's life as Spider-Man. Although no longer jealous of Mary Jane nor wanting him back, Felicia still holds importance to her time with Peter, the first man she genuinely loved, which defined her character up to today. But on the outside, she hates being "the bad girl" distraction until "the good girl" Mary Jane won him back.

Surprisingly, Mary Jane laughs and tells Felicia she knows exactly what she means, having been "the bad girl" herself years earlier with Gwen Stacy. Back when Mary Jane was the misbehaving party girl compared to perfect girl Gwen, and she had to compete with her memory after her death.[4] Despite how Felicia feels, she is still important to Peter and is now important to Mary Jane, who trusted her all night with her life, letting her know she isn't someone's footnote. Grateful, Felicia rests her head on Mary Jane's shoulder and thanks her for her kind words; with Mary Jane telling her to never forget it.

Sunup: The two take in the sunrise and decide to ask how a nerd like Peter kept pulling in babes like them. Mary Jane jokes that it's a pity thing, from his routine beatings as a hero. Felicia has a good laugh to start her new day.
