Agent Zero

Appearances: Punisher War Journal #46 A Secret Empire agent infiltrated the Hydra advises members representing the Secret Empire at the underworld boss conference in Las Vegas that two of the Circle of Ten members have gone to Hydra.

Black

Appearances: Captain America #173, Captain America #174 Mr. Black was the Dallas factory boss. He was actually an infiltrated agent of the Secret Empire.

King

Appearances: Defenders #102 King was a Secret Empire agent who worked as a nurse at the Carriwhite Acres psychiatric center under the orders of August Masters.

Number Eight

	Appearances: Tales to Astonish #83 Number Eight was one of the nine original members of the Secret Empire and was present at the meeting where Number Two accused Number Nine (actually Gabe Jone disguised as one of their members) of wanting to take the place of Number One and like everyone he was stunned by a grenade launched by Number Nine himself.
	Appearances: Captain America #174 After Captain America and Falcon had escaped the trap set for them and were inside the secret hideout of the Secret Empire, Number Eight divided several members of the Secret Empire into three groups to seek and flush out the two heroes.
	Appearances: Marc Spector: Moon Knight #20, Marc Spector: Moon Knight #21 Together with the Ten of the Secret Empire he clashes with Moon Knight, Spider-Man and the Punisher who were on their trail after kidnapping the injured Jeff Wilde. He is surprised by the arrival of Moon Knight and the Punisher who kills him and the Secret Empire's henchmen with an automatic weapon.

Number Eighty-Two

Appearances: Defenders #129 After a psychic assault by Moondragon that damages the equipment that keeps her and the rest of the Defenders imprisoned, Professor Power orders Number 82 who immediately wants a repair crew on site.

Number Fifteen

Appearances: Amazing Adventures (Vol. 2) #15 Number Fifteen was present when the Secret Empire agreed to give super-powers to John Horton.

Number Five

	Appearances: Tales to Astonish #81, Tales to Astonish #82 Show Number Two and Number Seven a video where an Orion Missile manages to shoot down the Hulk. He is killed with a poisonous gas emitted by the equipment with which he was calling Boomerang.
	Appearances: Marc Spector: Moon Knight #19, Marc Spector: Moon Knight #20, Marc Spector: Moon Knight #21, Marc Spector: Moon Knight #22, Marc Spector: Moon Knight #24, Amazing Spider-Man #353, Amazing Spider-Man #355, Amazing Spider-Man #356 Number Five was present during the meeting where Number One decided that Moon Knight should be eliminated. Together with the Ten of the Secret Empire he clashes with Moon Knight, Spider-Man and the Punisher who were on their trail after kidnapping the injured Jeff Wilde. Observe Jeff Wilde's treatment on the monitor while listening to Number One who said that Jeff would become a killing machine. Attends the dispute between Number Two and Number Seven as to whether or not to replace Number One. Number Five was among the members of the Secret Empire gathered in an arena to observe the results of the enhancement interventions made on Jeff Wilde. He congratulate on the excellent work done on Midnight by Number Seven. He was present while Dr. Eliot Franklin suggested making further upgrades on Midnight. He applied for Number Seven to run the Secret Empire.
	Appearances: Deadpool & the Mercs for Money #3 Number Five together with other members of the Secret Empire he participated in the auction launched by Deadpool to acquire a Rigellian Recorder capable of predicting the future.

Number Forty-Nine

Appearances: Defenders #127 He advises Professor Power that Cloud has escaped from the pursuers and is directed to New York City, and when Power asks if Plan L is in operation, Number Forty-Nine replies in the affirmative.

Number Forty-One

Appearances: Defenders #129 After a psychic assault by Moondragon that damages the equipment that keeps her and the rest of the Defenders imprisoned, Professor Power orders Number 41 to increase the psi-null field around the cube that keeps Moondragon imprisoned.

Number Forty-Two

Appearances: Captain America #174 Number Fortytwo was operating a mechanism when Number Thirteen entered the secret lair of the Secret Empire together with the two thieves he had hired (actually Captain America and Falcon undercover).

Number Four

	Appearances: Tales to Astonish #83 Number Four was one of the nine original members of the Secret Empire and was present at the meeting where Number Two accused Number Nine (actually Gabe Jone disguised as one of their members) of wanting to take the place of Number One and like everyone he was stunned by a grenade launched by Number Nine himself.
	Appearances: Defenders #129 He reports to Professor Power that the Secret Empire has successfully assimilated the remains of Roxxon's Nth Command and that with some luck the Nth Project is expected to return to operation within a year. Shortly thereafter he was killed by Professor Power when he accused him of having brought maniacs there, referring to the Defenders after they had freed themselves
	Appearances: Marc Spector: Moon Knight #17, Marc Spector: Moon Knight #19, Amazing Spider-Man #356, Amazing Spider-Man #357, Nomad (Vol. 2) #6 When Marc Spector was imprisoned in Bosqueverde, Jeff Wilde took his place as Moon Knight and during a patrol in the city he stumbled upon a meeting of the Secret Empire where Number Four was also present. Number Four was present during the meeting where Number One decided that Moon Knight should be eliminated. He agrees with Number Seven not to panic and if they have to leave the headquarters they would have done so but only if necessary. He is present while Midnight tests his new bionic arm built by Dr. Eliot Franklin. He and the other members of the Secret Empire in Las Vegas for the conference of the crime leaders were assaulted by the Punisher, Daredevil and Nomad and soundly defeated.

Number Nine

	Appearances: Tales to Astonish #83, Captain America #175 Mentions: Tales to Astonish #82 After Number Five's death, Number Two revealed his suspicions about Number Nine and his intentions to appropriate power to Number Seven. Number Two publicly accuses Number Nine of wanting to take Number One's place, and in fact Number Nine protected by an armor throws a stun grenade that stuns all the members of the Secret Empire gathered in assembly. It was later revealed that Gabe Jones had infiltrated the Secret Empire as Number Six, and he too, protected by armor, did not suffer the effects of the stun grenade, but coming out into the open he rushed against and defeated Number Nine.
	Appearances: Marc Spector: Moon Knight #18, Marc Spector: Moon Knight #24, Amazing Spider-Man #355 Following the meeting with Moon Knight, not knowing that it was Jeff Wilde and not Marc Spector, Number Nine listened to Number One say that Moon Knight was dangerous because it threatened their secrecy and therefore had to be destroyed. Number Two was among the members of the Secret Empire gathered in an arena to observe the results of the enhancement interventions made on Jeff Wilde. He was present during the dispute between Number Seven and Number Three for those who were to lead the Secret Empire.
	Appearances: Hawkeye (Vol. 2) #2 After making accusations against Viper for her bad management regarding the Hawkeye issue, the accusations turned against her and at her complaints Viper replied by shooting and killing him.
	Appearances: Deadpool & the Mercs for Money #3 Number Nine together with other members of the Secret Empire he participated in the auction launched by Deadpool to acquire a Rigellian Recorder capable of predicting the future.

Number One

Appearances: Captain America #602, Captain America #605 He reported to Professor Power about the situation regarding Mad-Dog and Nomad. Communicates to the chief scientist of the Secret Empire and with Professor Power that Nomad is no longer a problem of their organization and that Professor Power deserves a promotion with one of the scientist's particular upgrades.

Number Seven

	Appearances: Tales to Astonish #81, Tales to Astonish #82, Tales to Astonish #83 Number Seven was the chief of operations for Europe and, together with Number Two Number Five, selected Boomerang as the agent to obtain the Orion Missile for the Secret Empire. He witnessed Number Five's death and listened to Number Two's suspicions of Number Nine. He was present at the meeting where Number Two accused Number Nine (actually Gabe Jone disguised as one of their members) of wanting to take the place of Number One and like everyone he was stunned by a grenade launched by Number Nine himself.
	Appearances: Defenders #126 He assures Professor Power, the Number One of the Secret Empire, that steps have already been taken to ensure that their agents Mad Dog and the Mutant Force are freed.

Together with the Ten of the Secret Empire he clashes with Moon Knight, Spider-Man and the Punisher who were on their trail after kidnapping the injured Jeff Wilde. He opposes the will of Number Two to choose the new Number One because he was still alive even if in prison. Follows the cybernetic treatments grafted on Jeff Wilde. Show other members of the Secret Empire the advancements and upgrades made on Jeff Wilde. Representing the Secret Empire he attend the Division Chiefs' meeting called by the Red Skull. Show Number Five and Number Two the results obtained on Midnight, then order Midnight to release Dr. Eliot Franklin from prison. After releasing him, he consults with Dr. Eliot Franklin about the upgrades to be grafted on Midnight. Congratulates Midnight on the capture of Nove, then also with Dr. Eliot Franklin for the upgrades made on Midnight and finally comes into conflict with Number Three for those who must be in command of the Secret Empire. He is killed by Midnight who throws him against a wall.

He was killed by a Doombot because he dared to raise on an offer from Doctor Doom

Number Six

	Appearances: Marvel Team-Up #78 While Spider-Man told Griffin's origins to Wonder Man it was revealed that Number Six was also present while Secret Empire scientists worked on John Horton to give him powers.
	Appearances: Defenders #129 He reports to Professor Power that the Secret Empire arms branch is continuing to build an armor based on Porcupine design and with Alex Gentry in prison they would have spared his reward, but Power rebuked him saying that they were not common criminals and that Gentry must be rightly rewarded and promptly released from prison.
	Appearances: Quasar #9 Number Six and another Secret Secret Empire was present in Boca Caliente in the first A.I.M.'s International Weapons Exposition.
	Appearances: Marc Spector: Moon Knight #19, Marc Spector: Moon Knight #20 He led the assault of Secret Empire henchmen against Moon Knight and seriously injured Jeff Wilde. Together with the Ten of the Secret Empire he clashes with Moon Knight, Spider-Man and the Punisher who were on their trail after kidnapping the injured Jeff Wilde, and Number Six was killed by the Punisher in the metal shredding machine..
	Appearances: Amazing Spider-Man #357, Punisher War Journal #46 He notices the instability of Number Three, in effect the disguised Punisher, when he reaches the other members of the Secret Empire. Hear Number Three's complaints about the underworld boss conference in Las Vegas is becoming a fiasco for the Secret Empire and after hearing news from the agent who infiltrated Hydra of his suspicions against Number Four.

Number Sixteen

Appearances: Defenders #129 Number Sixteen tells Professor Power that it is almost impossible to reprogram the Defenders psychically, whereupon Power orders him to continue using his Mind Ripper on them until they do his will and when Number Sixteen tells him that he could make the Defenders vegetables and of no use to him, Power punishes him by telling him that even if they were to die for him it would be a fascinating alternative.

Number Sixty-Eight

Appearances: Captain America #174 Number Sixteen had prepared a trap for Captain America and Falcon but when they went into the room they found no body unable to understand how they had escaped, and just then Number Sixtyeight discovered a passage from which the two heroes had fled.

Number Ten

Appearances: Marc Spector: Moon Knight #20, Marc Spector: Moon Knight #24, Amazing Spider-Man #355, Amazing Spider-Man #356 Together with the Ten of the Secret Empire he clashes with Moon Knight, Spider-Man and the Punisher who were on their trail after kidnapping the injured Jeff Wilde. Number Two was among the members of the Secret Empire gathered in an arena to observe the results of the enhancement interventions made on Jeff Wilde. After Midnight capturing Nova, he calls the Secret Empire's hideout saying he is being chased, to which Number Ten replies that they are taking steps to send reinforcements if necessary. He was there when Number Seven asked Lynn Church about Midnight's physical condition.

Number Thirteen

Appearances: Captain America #173, Captain America #174 Number Thirteen offers two thieves (actually Captain America and Falcon undercover ) $ 10,000 to steal an electro-gyro from the Brand Corporation. Number Thirteen goes to the secret lair of the Secret Empire together with the two thieves to deliver the robbed electro-gyro to Number One, not imagining that Captain America and Falcon have also entered the lair.

Appearances: Amazing Spider-Man #356 He looks startled at Midnight's murder of Number Seven and his subsequent seizure of leadership of the Secret Empire.

Number Three

	Appearances: Tales to Astonish #83 Number Three was one of the nine original members of the Secret Empire and was present at the meeting where Number Two accused Number Nine (actually Gabe Jone disguised as one of their members) of wanting to take the place of Number One and like everyone he was stunned by a grenade launched by Number Nine himself.
	Appearances: Amazing Adventures (Vol. 2) #15, Captain America #175, Marvel Team-Up #78 Number Three was present when the Secret Empire agreed to give super-powers to John Horton. Presented to Number One the saucer-craft enhanced by the X-Waves obtained from brains of captured mutants with which to conquer America.

Number Three was among the members of the Secret Empire gathered in an arena to observe the results of the enhancement interventions made on Jeff Wilde. He is present when Dr. Eliot Franklin is welcomed into the Secret Empire's lair. Get in contrast to Number Seven for who should be the leader of the Secret Empire. The dispute with Number Seven continues for those who must command the Secret Empire until they were interrupted by the assault on their headquarters by Spider-Man, Night Thrasher and Moon Night. He is killed by the Punisher to take his place and infiltrate the Secret Empire.
	Appearances: Nomad (Vol. 2) #4, Punisher War Journal #45, Punisher War Journal #46, Nomad (Vol. 2) #6, Punisher War Journal #47 Number Three is one of three Secret Empire representatives at the crime boss rally in Las Vegas. He has the Pretorians sent to kill the Punisher and his allies.Punisher War Journal #45 He complains that the underworld boss conference in Las Vegas is becoming a fiasco for the Secret Empire and after hearing news from the Hydra-infiltrated agent, he has suspicions about Number Four.Punisher War Journal #46 He and the other members of the Secret Empire in Las Vegas for the conference of the crime leaders were assaulted by the Punisher, Daredevil and Nomad and soundly defeated. While fleeing the crime leaders convention, Number Three attempted to steal a Maggia limousine but was killed by a volley of shots by Tombstone and Hammerhead.

	Appearances: Captain America #175 He participated in the pantomime created by Number One where Number Two was presented as the Marshal of his Warrior Squad and which was publicly challenged by Moonstone but Number Two easily defeated him.

Appearances: Defenders #102 Nurse Ratchid worked at the Carriwhite Acres sanitarium, actually a Secret Empire operations center, and accompanied Kyle Richmond to visit Mindy Williams who was hospitalized there.

Torrence

Appearances: Defenders #102 Torrence was a security guard on monitors at the Carriwhite Acres sanitarium, actually a secret experimental center of the Secret Empire, and advised the director August Masters that someone was infiltrating the sanitarium via the roof.
