History

Spider-Man was a member of the Avengers.

When The Great Hunt began, Bora of the Inheritors used the Master Weaver to track him down across the Multiverse, and hunt him down. He was brought to Earth-001, where his essence was devoured as part of a banquet for the Inheritors, with each consuming their own captured spider. He was later resurrected when Silk cut open Morlun with the Totem Dagger.
