History

Seymour The All-Seeing Astrologer believed that he could accuratly predict future events from the alignments of the planets and stars. He predicted that Los Angeles was going to fall into the sea, and attempted to warn several people but was constantly ignored and rebuffed. He attempted to warn politician Richard Johnston whilst at the Los Angeles Manufacturers' Exposition. Simulatenously, Hawkeye was stopping a theft, during which time a model of LA fell into a pool. Johnston believed that Seymour's prediction had been correct and made Seymoiur a celebrity.
