Fleet Seeds were a Krakoan flora-technology created by Forge for reporting cases to X-Factor Investigations.[1]
History
Shortly after the Quiet Council approved the creation of X-Factor Investigations, Forge began working on developing a reporting system. To solve this issue, Forge developed the Fleet Seeds and planted a few bushes around the populated portions of Krakoa. The Fleet Seeds allow anyone to anonymously report missing mutant cases or tips by whispering their secret to the seed; the seed was then carried on the wind to the Boneyard.[1]
Immediately after activating the Fleet Seed system, an abundance of reports had already been filed.[1]
