This remote control was used by the brothers Joel and Joshua Williams to purportedly control and summon their robot creation Flexo.[1] When Flexo reappeared in modern times, he was upgraded so he no longer needed the remote control to operate.[2] In truth, however, the device was a signal emitter that Flexo chose to obey due to the Williams brothers having tamed it through feeding, with Flexo never having needed it to operate.[3]
