History

Sandman is presumably one of the escaped prisoners when the Triskelion outbreak occurred.

He caused mass destruction through a small part of the city, being chased by Spider-Man the entire time. Despite multiple attempts to defeat him, Marko was apprehended by Spider-Man fairly quickly.
