History

After Storm was replaced by Stormphoenix (Phoenix Force) she began to gather all mutants together under her influence and formed a base on a Helicarrier and began her conquest of the world and established her new world order. Her followers acted as her eyes around the world and monitored if people were following her rules and treaties. After Wolverine started a rebellion, several of her followers joined in and ultimately lost all her followers when the Helicarrier exploded and the Phoenix Force fled the Earth. Her surviving followers joined Wolverine and other mutants in figuring out their place in the world.
