History

In 2055, when mutants were being hunted down by Sentinels, Forge was one of the few remaining rebels who opposed them. He theorized that the mass production of the Sentinels was a direct consequence of the assassination of Senator Kelly in the 1990s. Using a time portal, he planned to send Wolverine back in time to stop the assassination and prevent their dystopian future from coming to pass. However, Forge decided to send the mutant Bishop instead, believing that his youth could be an advantage. As Bishop was sent through the portal, Forge was hit by a Sentinel's blast and collapsed.
