As ordered by the Red Skull, Fortress Null was built around the Hammer of Skadi to defend it.[1]
Once the Serpent awoke, the fortress became his palace.[2]
It was then seen hovering above Manhattan.[3]
The flying fortress soon reached Broxton.[4]
