Foxbat was once a cousin of the Inhuman Royal Family, captured and transformed by Apocalypse into one of the original Riders of the Storm.

History

As a Rider of the Storm, Foxbat participated in their attack on Ship and attempted kidnapping of the infant Nathan Summers, but Apocalypse and the Riders were defeated by a joint force of mutants and Inhumans.

Foxbat was later deemed unfit to remain a Rider and hunted by the group. Captured, his lifeforce was drained to be absorbed by the team's new leader, Genesis; when Cable and his allies arrived, Genesis' base was destroyed with Foxbat's body inside.
