Franken-Castle seemingly had a similar history to that of his Earth-616 counterpart. At some point he shot Mill-E the Model Citizen in the back as she was attempting to persuade Man-Thing and Morbius the Living Vampire of the merits of submitting to God Emperor Doom during her visit to Monster Metropolis.
