Foggy Nelson was almost terminated by Elektra, but she decided to spare his life after recognizing him from college. Foggy went straight to his best friend and closest confidant, Daredevil. After three days had gone by, Foggy came to Matt's apartment only to find it empty and for sale, not knowing that Daredevil and Elektra had traveled halfway across the world to escape the Kingpin and start a new life together.[1]
