History

The past history of Foggy Nelson mirrors that of his Earth-616 counterpart.

Foggy Nelson was a lawyer and the partner of Matt Murdock, secretly the vigilante known as Daredevil. At some point prior to the mutation of humanity, Foggy and Matt expanded their law firm and partnered with She-Hulk.

At some point following the mutation of humanity Matt Murdock amassed a large amount of damning evidence against the Kingpin. Shortly thereafter, Daredevil was seemingly killed by Elektra, but unbeknownst to all Matt had actually switched bodies with Bullseye instead, running away with Elektra to live out their lives in the Mediterranean.

Foggy later came across Matt's dossier on the Kingpin, and delivered the notes wearing a Daredevil costume. The dossier landed the Kingpin in jail, and the public came to believe that Foggy Nelson was in reality Daredevil.
