The Ringo Kid and his friend Dull Knife come to the aid of a stagecoach that is about to be robbed. However things get ugly and Dull Knife takes a bullet in the arm while the outlaws flee with their stolen cargo.
The Ringo Kid and Dull Knife go to the town of Arrowhead to see the local doctor to treat the gunshot wound. While the doctor is treating Dull Knife a local named Spanner bursts in and tells the doctor to stop treating the Native American, calling them savages that are not worth treating. The Ringo Kid draws his guns and forces Spanner and his men to flee. The doctor, finally fed up with their bigotry, tells them that he is leave. Ringo Kid and Dull Knife leave as well, and the next day while Ringo is treating Dull Knife's wound they are visited by the doctor who asks if he can join them on their travels.
However back in Arrowhead, the Red Plague has struck and the locals are in a state of panic when they realize that the doctor has fled town. The locals then track down Ringo, Dull Knife, and the doctor to beg the medic to return to town. They all return to town and check the stage coach, which ironically was the one that was robbed the day before and that the vaccine for the Red Plague was one of the items stolen.
When they learn that Spanner was one of the men infected with the plague. When the doc goes to visit him he learns that he was the mastermind behind the robbery who thought he could hold it ransom. He send the Ringo Kid and Dull Knife to pick up the vaccine from the hiding place and find the rest of the outlaws that are sick with the plague as well. Soon the doctor is able to treat them and expects a full recovery. He then thanks Ringo Kid and Dull Knife for teaching the locals of Arrowhead the errors of their ways.

Synopsis for "Rampage!"
Billy Buckskin is at a dance with Sally Frosby. When she asks him to dance with her he spots trouble when a man named Moose tries to pick a fight with another named Ben Winters. Billy and his pal Soapy get in the middle of it, pulling Moose and his goons off of Ben. They then learn that Moose had been fired for causing a log jam at Ben's mill and vowed revenge and Ben had told him to stay away.
The following day, Billy and Soapy are riding past Ben's mill when they suddenly hear gun shots. They rush to the beach where they find Ben wounded and Moose and his men attempting to jam up the mill again. Quick thinking, Billy rushes to where a number of large logs are tied up and cuts them loose, sending them crashing into the river and crashing Moose's raft. When Moose regains his footing on a log, Billy goes out into the river where the pair fight it out on logs, a fight that the nimble footed Billy Buckskin wins. He then sends Moose off warning him against trouble again. Ben then thanks Billy for his help.
