History

The Fungi from the Yuggoth are aliens dwelling on the planet Yuggoth, worshiping a Nameless One.

Two humans somehow ended up on Yuggoth, and were soon assaulted by the Fungi. One escaped using a torch, while the other was captured and brought upon an altar. The second was finally caught.

The Fungi from Yuggoth appeared to be highly sensible to fire.

Notes

• The Mi-go, or Fungi from Yuggoth, were created by H.P. Lovecraft in The Whisperer in Darkness. The name was inspired from the word "migou", the Tibetan name for for Yeti.
• "Fungi from Yuggoth" was also the name of a series of poems by Lovecraft, named for the Mi-go.
