Synopsis for "Dreadnoks on the Loose"
In Springfield, Dreadnoks Buzzer, Ripper, and Torch examine Zartan's new motorcycle with holographic disguises. Buzzer takes the bike out for a test drive, and the other two follow him.
At Cobra Headquarters, the Baroness and Major Bludd confront Zartan, who suggests they were behind Billy's assassination attempt. Major Bludd informs Zartan that the Dreadnoks stole his motorcycle, which infuriates Zartan.
The Joes Clutch, Rock 'n Roll, and Breaker are driving to California in a classic '56 Bel Air Nomad when the Dreadnoks attack, causing Rock 'n Roll to crash into a tunnel. The Dreadnoks escape, but Rock 'n Roll notes their license plate number.
An old woman boards a bus with the same license plate number as the Dreadnoks' vehicle. Meanwhile, the Dreadnoks enter a US Air Force base and vandalize planes. The Joes witness this and realize it wasn't in their minds. The Dreadnoks escape, but Rock 'n Roll recognizes their license plate number and chases after them.
Rock 'n Roll throws an oxygen bottle at the Dreadnoks' jeep, smashing the hologram controls. Buzzer crashes and the bike explodes. The bus transforms into a Cobra helicopter, and the Dreadnoks ask Zartan about the old lady, who is nowhere to be found.
Zartan deduces that the old lady escaped from the helicopter in flight, an impressive feat.
