Synopsis for "Twin Brothers"
Bongo's van arrives at a fairground where Gung-Ho and Blowtorch have inflated many balloons for an event, and Ripcord prevents them from escaping. A Cobra operative communicates with his brother about Candy bringing the Joes to them. Meanwhile, Duke and Snake-Eyes observe Lady Jaye and Roadblock driving two captured Cobra H.I.S.S.es, and they see a fast-moving object that destroys the two H.I.S.S.es before revealing itself as the new Armadillo mini-tank, driven by Flint.
As Gung-Ho and Blowtorch buy tickets for the roller coaster, Candy and Ripcord head to the House of Mirrors. Crimson Guards disguised as businessmen confront them. Meanwhile, a new Joe called Footloose arrives at Fort Wadsworth, and Wild Bill takes him on an equipment run to the beach. Ripcord and Candy hide inside a circus big top but discover the Crimson Guards are sealing the exits. Tomax leaves the Crimson Guards to finish off Ripcord and Candy and takes off on a Ferret to help his brother.
The Joes knock out the Crimson Guards, and all of them meet up on the ground level, cursing that the twins got away. Ripcord tries to explain things to Candy, but she drives off after telling him he can never tell her everything. Meanwhile, Tomax tells Xamot they are going "to see someone about some balloons.
