Synopsis for "The Diplomat"
n this story, the Joes conduct a raid on a Cobra safehouse, where they find evidence of an assassination attempt against the representatives of the US and Al-alawi. Clutch and Scarlett are tasked with protecting the American diplomat Brian Hassell, while Stalker and Snake-Eyes investigate Cobra's true plans. Along the way, the Joes encounter several attempts on Hassell's life, and Scarlett becomes suspicious of his true intentions. They eventually learn that Hassell is the assassin, and the ambassador is the true target. After a tense ski chase, the Joes manage to stop the assassination and save the ambassador's life. Despite the operation's failure, Cobra Commander is pleased, seeing it as just another game.
