History

Due to multiple traumas she sustained in quick succession, including the destruction of Bone, Idaho; the deaths of Vision, Hawkeye, and Ant-Man; and the repercussions of Titania's rampage in Timely Plaza; Jen Walters was finding it increasingly difficult to transform into She-Hulk. To aid in her transformation and push through her mental blocks, Doc Samson developed the Gamma-Charger.[2]

Walters required the use of this device until it was discovered that a hex Wanda Maximoff had cast on her months ago was interfering with her transformations. Once Doctor Strange removed the hex, Jen could transform freely and the gamma-charger was no longer necessary.[3]

Properties

Gamma Radiation Concentration: The Gamma-Charger concentrated Walters' Gamma Radiation, offering a controlled release to trigger a transformation.[2]

Marvel Cinematic Universe (Earth-199999)[]

While using the Infinity Gauntlet to undo the Snap, Hulk's right arm was severely injured.[4] Although the arm was not healing while in his Hulk form, healing was possible in human form. To remain in his human form during the recovery process, Dr. Banner created a gamma inhibitor, a device worn on his wrist that prevented him from transforming into the Hulk.[5][1] After studying his cousin's gamma irradiated blood, Banner was able to completely heal his arm.[1]
