History

Next to nothing is known about the man known as Garko. He moved into a neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, spending his time on a window-sill, apparently debating with himself whether to drink a bottle containing a mysterious fluid. When he finally drank the fluid he changed into the Man-Frog and began threatening to kill everyone. His transformation was short-lived, however, as he quickly turned into a real frog during a fight with Howard the Duck. He was killed when he was run over by a police car.
