History
Chasen was a Major in the Canadian Army who worked for James Hudson's Department H.[1] He opposed Weapon X's decision to leave Department H to join Professor X's school, but Wolverine then sliced off his ties and immediatly resigned from his duties.[2]
General Chasen's pride heavily contributed to Department H and Alpha Flight's heavy-handed methods to retrieve Weapon X from the United States.[3]
