Dr. George Clinton was the Scientist Supreme of A.I.M.. Dr. Clinton was captured in a raid by forces loyal to the Red Skull and brought to Exile Island. He was told that he was wanted to create a new Cosmic Cube for the Red Skull and Hate Monger. As they go to the lab, they were briefed on the previous versions of the Cube. When Clinton told them that without the brain power of M.O.D.O.K. they wouldn't be able to create a new Cosmic Cube. However, the Red Skull revealed why he had an army of slaves: to be used as fodder to generate the brain power needed to create a new Cube. Among the prisoners was Yousuf Tov, a Nazi bounty hunter who had been captured by the Skull.[1]
As Scientist Supreme, the highest position held in A.I.M., Clinton presumably must possesses considerable expertise in numerous scientific fields such as physics, chemistry biology, robotics, cybernetics, and engineering.
